Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview technical candidates across various technologies
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

• 25 years of experience in Technical Recruitment (IT Recruitment preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Go-getter attitude with a proactive approach
• Strategic mindset and problem-solving ability
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
