Talent Acquisition Specialist - Contract

As Qcept grows, we're looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis to support our hiring needs.

You'll own candidate sourcing, outreach and screening calls, pipeline building, and recruitment coordination—from understanding hiring requirements to supporting successful joinings.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys speaking with candidates, follows up consistently, and can independently keep multiple hiring processes moving.

:

• Source relevant talent: Identify candidates aligned with hiring requirements through LinkedIn, job portals, industry communities, and referrals.
• Lead outbound outreach: Engage active and passive candidates through daily calls, personalized messages, and emails to introduce opportunities and generate interest.
• Conduct initial screening: Evaluate candidates relevant experience, role fit, motivation, compensation expectations, and notice period.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines: Maintain role-specific pipelines of qualified candidates through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
• Track recruitment performance: Maintain accurate candidate records and deliver against agreed weekly outreach, screening, and shortlisting targets.

• Work arrangement: On-site - Gurugram
• Compensation: 30- 40K/monthly
