About The Role

We're looking for an experienced, business-savvy Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent team in India, reporting directly to the Group Head of Talent Acquisition. You'll attract, engage and hire top talent across a diverse range of technical and non-technical roles. You'll own the end-to-end hiring process for your portfolio and work closely with the wider team so nothing slips through the cracks.

As a trusted advisor to hiring managers, you'll help shape hiring strategies, strengthen our employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You'll partner with leaders locally and at our Singapore HQ to understand workforce needs and deliver the hiring that supports Syfe's continued growth.

You are required to work in our Gurugram, India office at least 3 days week.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their needs and build effective hiring strategies
• Own full-cycle recruitment for a mix of technical and non-technical roles
• Source and engage high-quality candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, job boards and professional networks
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
• Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience and culture fit
• Advise stakeholders on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks and hiring best practices
• Use AI tools to speed up hiring, sharpen sourcing and improve the candidate experience
• Use hiring data and metrics to share insights and improve how we recruit
• Represent Syfe's culture and values to candidates as a brand ambassador
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 4 years hiring for technology roles
• Proven success in full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical functions
• Agency recruitment experience strongly preferred
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to turn business priorities into hiring strategies
• Excellent stakeholder management, including partnering with and challenging senior leaders
• A track record of proactively sourcing and engaging top talent
• Fluent written and spoken English, with strong communication skills
• A data-driven approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Experience in startups, fintech or high-growth companies is a plus
