Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Requirements
The Talent Acquisition Lead will anchor hiring across the West Region, driving end-to-end recruitment for both on-roll and third-party roles. This role requires strong experience in retail hiring, the ability to work at speed, and an unrelenting bias for action. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and committed to delivering a seamless hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Regional Hiring

• Track and manage all open positions across stores and functions in the region.
• Ensure timely closure of roles with zero compromise on quality or candidate experience.

Drive Sourcing

• Use multiple channels like consultants, job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals to find the right talent.
• Build strong pipelines for critical and high-turnover roles.

Own the Selection Process

• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with HR Partners and hiring managers.
• Drive alignment and timely feedback to ensure quick closures.

Offer Management & Onboarding

• Roll out offers and ensure timely acceptance and joining.
• Partner with HR and business teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

TA Operations & Compliance

• Ensure background checks, medicals, and documentation are completed as per process.
• Track hiring costs and suggest ways to improve efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement & Improvements

• Gather feedback from hiring managers and candidates.
• Identify gaps and act fast to improve processes, turnaround times, and experience.

• Comfort with recruitment tools, dashboards, and data.
• A mindset focused on solutions, not roadblocks.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree is a must.
• 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in retail hiring.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of regional recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
