About Our Client:
Our client is a leading MNC in the F&B and consumer space, known for its strong brands, scale, and people-focused culture. As they continue to grow and strengthen their talent ecosystem, they are looking to bring in a strong Talent Acquisition professional with strong academic pedigree to drive high-impact hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition across levels, partnering closely with business and HR stakeholders.
- Build strong talent pipelines through effective sourcing, market mapping, and innovative hiring strategies.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality talent.
- Drive recruitment analytics, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement across the hiring lifecycle.
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
- MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute with 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition is mandatory.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably from FMCG, F&B, consumer, or related industries.
- Excellent stakeholder management, sourcing, interviewing, and talent market mapping skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment analytics and data-driven hiring practices.
- Women candidates preferred.
