* Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, linkdIn and other recruitment channels.

* Screen resumes and shortlisted candidates based on job requirements.

* Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates based on job requirements .

* Maintain and update candidates databases and recruitment trackers .

*Follow up with the candidates throughout the hiring process.
