Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This role provides hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations.
• Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, compensation, notice period and career interests.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support talent mapping and market research.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with candidates.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is preferred.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, responsible and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
