Talent Acquisition Executive

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong background in Pharma recruitment .

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment across API R&D, AR&D , RA, IPM, QA , QC.

R&D Center -API Division

• Full-cycle recruitment for Pharma positions, including sourcing expert , screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and technical skill expectations.
  
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
  
• Conduct technical assessments, coordinate interviews, and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
• People Management & Team Leadership

Qualification : MBA (HR) / PGDM HR

Work Location : MSN R&D Center, Pashamylaram.
