Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG Diploma in HR or Administration will be an added advantage.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our pharmaceutical organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and departmental heads to ensure timely closure of open positions across various departments.

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions.
2. Understand manpower requirements and job descriptions in coordination with HODs and hiring managers.
3. Source suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
4. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with departmental heads and senior management.
6. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily recruitment reports.
7. Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview feedback, selection status, and offer acceptance.
8. Coordinate salary negotiations, offer releases, and joining formalities.
9. Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per the approved manpower budget and recruitment timelines.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants and placement agencies.
11. Conduct regular follow-ups with selected candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and joining.
12. Prepare recruitment MIS reports, including sourcing, interview, selection, offer, and joining status

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Ability to source candidates for pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.
• Good negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment tracking.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with relevant experience in pharmaceutical, chemical or other manufacturing industries, particularly in plant-level recruitment, will be preferred.Interested candidates may share their updated CV along with current CTC, expected CTC and notice period.
