Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in IT recruitment and candidate sourcing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals. - Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements. - Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability. - Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback. - Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely candidate submissions. **Requirements:** - 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment. - Hands-on experience with Naukri sourcing. - Basic understanding of technical skills and Boolean search. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
