Job Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our internal HR team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions, with a primary focus on bulk hiring across non-IT verticals.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines.Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions across non-IT functions.
• Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of multiple open positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and follow up for feedback.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring targets.
• Negotiate compensation, check candidate availability, and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly MIS reports.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and fulfil manpower needs within agreed timelines.
