Location: Sec-62,Noida
Working Days: 5 (Monday Friday)
Timings: 9:30 AM- 6:30 PM(morning shift)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled IT Recruiter with strong communication, stakeholder management, and end-to-end hiring expertise. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in sourcing and closing IT roles across multiple technologies and understands the fast-paced demands of the tech hiring ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle IT recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across various technologies.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases.
Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate technical fitment with precision.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers for seamless hiring delivery.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and weekly reports.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).Worked on contract to hire roles(C2H)
Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and hiring trends.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with a professional and engaging approach.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven hiring environment.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
