Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Talent Acquisition professional capable of handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries, domains, and technology stacks. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, quick to learn new skill requirements, and capable of sourcing, screening, and hiring talent for diverse roles ranging from engineering and IT to corporate and leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Work on hiring requirements across various industries, domains, and functions without specialization limitations.
• Understand job requirements quickly and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, social media, and networking channels.
• Conduct resume screening, initial assessments, and candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and drive candidate closure.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.

Required Skills:

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Ability to recruit for any role irrespective of industry, domain, or technology.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of hiring processes and recruitment best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
• Adaptable, proactive, and quick learner.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA/MSW/MA (HR/IR)
• Experience hiring across IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, Digital, Corporate, and Leadership roles.
• Exposure in ATS tools and recruitment reporting.
