Position-Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter with at least 6 months of experience in recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT and Non-IT positions while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial screening to offer and joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to fulfill hiring requirements within deadlines.
• Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets, including calls, lineups, and selections.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Ability to understand job descriptions and assess candidate profiles.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Target-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
