Talent Acquisition Executive

Role Description The Talent Acquisition Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection for a variety of roles within DocTutorials. The Talent Acquisition Executive will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and create effective recruitment strategies. Daily activities include managing job postings, conducting candidate outreach, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment data and reports, collaborating with HR for offer negotiations and onboarding, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills to manage end-to-end talent acquisition cycles.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage candidates, collaborate with stakeholders, and represent the organization professionally.
• Candidates should possess IT Recruitment experience to effectively hire for technology and product-related roles, where required.
• Candidates should possess Employer Branding capabilities to support outreach, social media presence, and engagement with potential talent pools.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within education, healthcare, or technology sectors.
• Ability to work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving hiring needs.
