Talent Acquisition Executive- IT

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full candidate lifecycle from initial sourcing and candidate screening through interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Talent Sourcing: Proactively search for potential candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, boolean searches, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical leads to define position requirements, craft clear job descriptions, and set clear interview timelines.
• Candidate Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, cultural fit, salary expectations, and motivation.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key technical roles to ensure continuous sourcing for future business needs.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining timely communication and offering detailed feedback.
• Offer Negotiation & Closing: Assist in preparing and extending competitive employment offers, negotiating salaries, and helping candidates transition smoothly into the company.
• Metrics & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Pipeline Velocity.
