Talent Acquisition and IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify potential candidates and build relationships with them.
• Analyze candidate feedback from interviews to improve the quality of hires.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of stakeholder management principles and ability to work closely with hiring managers.
• Proven track record in technical recruitment, particularly in software development or engineering domains.
