Responsibilities:

1. System Analysis & Requirements Gathering

• Analyze existing IT systems, workflows, and business processes.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Identify system gaps, operational issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.

2. System Design & Implementation

• Develop system specifications, process flows, and functional documentation.
• Recommend suitable software, hardware, and technology solutions.
• Coordinate the design, development, configuration, and implementation of IT systems.
• Ensure new systems integrate effectively with existing applications and databases.

3. Testing & Troubleshooting

• Develop test plans and validate system functionality.
• Conduct functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, investigate, and resolve system errors and performance issues.
• Coordinate with developers and IT support teams to implement fixes.

4. System Maintenance & Optimization

• Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability.
• Recommend system upgrades, enhancements, and process automation.
• Analyze recurring technical issues and implement corrective measures.
• Maintain system documentation and technical records.

5. Stakeholder & Project Coordination

• Work with business users, developers, project managers, and IT infrastructure teams.
• Coordinate system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.
• Prepare requirement documents, reports, workflows, and project updates.
• Provide user training and support during system implementation.

6. Security & Compliance

• Ensure systems follow organizational IT security policies.
• Support access control, data integrity, and information protection measures.
• Assist with audits, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams when required.
