Role: System QA & Automation Specialist

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 8-15 Years

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute system test strategies for cloud-native applications.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and CI/CD test pipelines.
• Perform functional, integration, and system testing to ensure product quality.
• Validate upgrades, backup & restore, performance, scalability, and stability.
• Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams.
• Drive test automation and continuous quality improvements.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 8-15 years of experience in System Testing and Test Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Python and/or Golang, and Linux.
• Experience with ClickHouse, VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus, OpenSearch, or MariaDB.
• Hands-on experience with Ginkgo and Robot Framework.
• Knowledge of OAM/OSS/EMS/NMS telecom domains.
• Experience in Upgrade, Backup & Restore, Performance, and Stability Testing.
• Exposure to Agentic AI tools is an added advantage.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
