About the role
Selected candidates will be trained on niche technologies in IT Service Management Space (BMC Remedy ITSM / BMC Control M / BMC Assurance, Automation/ Other Tools etc.) for 3-6 months and then work as consultants in the same space.
BMC ITSM, BMC Assurance, Automation, BMC Control M consultants and developers generally have faster career growth trajectory as compared to plain Java / C /.NET programmers or System Administration.
What you need
- Working knowledge on Server Administration (Windows, Non-windows)
- Working knowledge on Desktop Administration
- Knowledge about Patching and Hardening process for Servers and Desktops
- Knowledge about Server and application monitoring using monitoring tools
- Good Aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary
- Very good communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Mumbai or elsewhere as per project requirement.
- Willing to learn new skills and Tools
- Ready to travel.
Must have
- Very good communication skills
- Banking or financial services domain experience
Qualification
BE, BTech, MCA, BSc or BCA in any IT or computer science stream, or equivalent experience.
