About this role
- Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls and understand their property requirements.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers entering the sales funnel.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans or subscription offerings.
- Explain plan features, benefits, pricing and value proposition clearly.
- Handle customer queries, objections and concerns effectively.
- Follow up consistently with interested customers to drive conversions.
- Convince and negotiate with customers to complete the purchase.
- Take complete ownership of plan closure and customer enrolment.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM.
- Work on fresh leads as well as older leads through structured follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.
