Supply Chain Manager - Jewellery filed

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manager with strong exposure to the jewellery industry to manage end-to-end supply chain operations, inventory planning, vendor coordination, procurement support, stock movement, and timely availability of products across locations.

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for jewellery products across stores / business locations

• Plan and monitor inventory levels based on sales trends, demand forecasts, and business requirements

• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturing teams, merchandising, retail, warehouse, and internal stakeholders

• Ensure timely replenishment and availability of gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery categories

• Monitor stock movement, ageing inventory, slow-moving and non-moving stock

• Optimize inventory holding while maintaining required stock availability

• Track purchase orders, production timelines, dispatches, and deliveries

• Ensure effective coordination between manufacturing / sourcing teams and retail showrooms

• Develop and monitor SCM MIS, inventory reports, stock ageing, lead time, and fulfilment performance

• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce lead time, and control operational costs

• Support new store openings, campaigns, festivals, and seasonal inventory planning

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, audit requirements, and inventory control processes

• Build strong vendor relationships and support negotiations wherever required

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

• 8–12+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Inventory / Procurement, preferably in the jewellery industry

• Strong understanding of jewellery inventory planning and retail supply chain operations

• Experience handling multi-store inventory will be preferred

• Good analytical, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Strong knowledge of ERP / inventory management systems and MS Excel

• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and business locations

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
