About this role
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central Time Management and Time Tracking configuration to support a critical compliance-related implementation.
Location: Remote – India
Work Hours: IST
Duration: 12+ Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and modify SuccessFactors EC Time Management / Time Tracking to support labor law and compliance requirements.
- Configure work schedules, holiday calendars, time profiles, and time recording profiles.
- Configure time tracking calculations including Overtime, Double Time, and Shift Premiums.
- Build and maintain time entry validation rules, timesheet adjustments, and approval workflows.
- Support and troubleshoot time data replication from Employee Central (EC) to Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Configure and adjust Time Management settings through Provisioning.
- Analyze existing configurations and implement required changes while maintaining system integrity.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver configuration solutions.
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management.
- Deep expertise in EC Time Tracking configuration.
- Experience with time management foundational configurations.
- Strong understanding of time valuation, overtime, double time, and shift premium calculations.
- Experience with business rules, validations, timesheets, and approval workflows.
- Experience troubleshooting EC → ECP time data replication.
- Experience working with SuccessFactors Provisioning.
- Strong understanding of HR/time management processes and compliance requirements.
- SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or EC Time Management certification is required/preferred.
