Role Description The Subject Matter Expert – Physics is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. In this position, the expert develops, reviews, and refines physics content for curricula, instructional materials, and learning aids to ensure conceptual accuracy and clarity. The role involves designing interactive lesson plans, problem sets, and assessment items that support immersive and hands-on learning aligned with educational standards. The expert collaborates with instructional designers, educators, and product teams to integrate physics concepts effectively into digital and physical learning solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research on best practices in physics education, updating content based on curriculum changes, and providing academic support for training sessions and workshops.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in core Physics concepts and applications, with the ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and learner-friendly manner.
• Expertise in specialized areas such as Radiation and Medical Physics, with the capacity to contextualize these topics for educational content.
• Background in Theoretical Physics, including the development and review of conceptual frameworks and problem-solving approaches.
• Experience in Physics Education, including curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment creation.
• Relevant academic qualification such as a Master's or Ph.D. in Physics or a closely related discipline.
• Proficiency in designing interactive, hands-on learning activities and using educational technology tools.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders in education and product development.
