As an SME at Next Education, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our curriculum and assessments for various exams, including standardised tests and entrance exams. Your deep knowledge of the subject and curriculum design will excel in our learning solutions tailored for K-12 students.

Responsibilities:

• Design, create, and review K-12 curriculum textbooks, assessments, and projects that support student self-learning.
• Conduct workshops and training programs for educators to strengthen their pedagogical skills and effectively integrate 21st-century skills into their teaching.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including curriculum developers, technology specialists, and assessment experts, to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational experience.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, educational research, and advancements to continuously enrich our offerings and maintain our position as a leader in K-12 education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Mathematics.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing foundation curriculum.
• Strong understanding of pedagogical approaches, assessment methods, and best practices for integrating technology into classroom instruction.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage participants in workshops.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in curriculum development or related fields.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and assessment platforms.
