Role Description The Student Catalyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for energizing and guiding students through their learning and career development journey. In this role, the individual will support learners by clarifying course content, facilitating group activities, and encouraging consistent engagement with training and internship opportunities. Daily tasks include mentoring students, tracking their progress, providing constructive feedback, and coordinating with trainers to address learning gaps. The Student Catalyst will also help organize workshops, events, and projects, contribute to improving learning experiences, and ensure students remain motivated and prepared for job opportunities.
Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support diverse groups of students.
• Ability to facilitate learning activities, mentor students, and provide clear, constructive guidance.
• Organizational and time-management skills to coordinate sessions, track progress, and manage multiple student interactions.
• Basic understanding of career development, internships, and job-readiness practices; experience in education or training support is an advantage.
• Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for communication, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; backgrounds in education, psychology, business, or related fields are beneficial.
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a learner-centric mindset, with a commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments.
