Provide personalised counselling to prospective students and their families on programs offered at Deakin University India Campus.

Understand students academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and personal goals to recommend suitable study pathways.

Conduct one-on-one consultations, follow-ups, information sessions, campus visits, and online/offline counselling activities.

Support students throughout the admissions lifecycle, including applications, documentation, offers, and enrolment.

Collaborate closely with teams across Admissions, Marketing, Recruitment, Academics, and Student Support to deliver a seamless student experience.

Represent Deakin University India at education fairs, school visits, webinars, open houses, campus events, and outreach initiatives.

Maintain accurate student records and update interactions in CRM systems to ensure effective lead management.

Achieve student recruitment and enrolment targets while delivering an exceptional, student-centric experience.

Share market intelligence, student feedback, and campaign insights to support continuous improvement and business growth.

What We are Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, education sales, inside sales, recruitment, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for helping students make informed education and career decisions.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
