Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-ownership Strategy & PMO Lead to drive strategic initiatives, solve cross-functional challenges, and ensure execution of key business priorities. This is a hands-on execution role focused on delivering outcomes, not just tracking or reporting progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives across growth, cost optimisation, and operations.
- Translate business goals into actionable milestones, timelines, and clear ownership.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks across business, credit, risk, operations, and technology.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic decisions and organisation-wide priorities.
- Lead special projects and ensure timely delivery of measurable outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 - 9 years of overall experience, including at least 3 - 4 years in an NBFC, bank, or financial institution and 3 - 4 years in consulting.
- Experience in strategy, PMO, business operations, transformation, or a Chief of Staff role.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking skills.
- High ownership, urgency, and a bias for execution.
- Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
