Role Description :

The Storekeeper is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the university's stores, including receiving, checking, and unloading materials, recording stock entries, and ensuring proper storage and packing of items. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, organizing materials for timely issuance to departments, and coordinating with procurement and accounts for stock reconciliation. The Storekeeper will ensure compliance with institutional procedures, maintain a clean and safe store environment, and support periodic stock audits and reporting. The role may require handling equipment and, where applicable, operating material-handling tools in accordance with safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage store operations, including inventory control, material requirement planning, and GRN processing.
• Oversee store supervision and ensure efficient store management practices.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales data, and other relevant metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to stores functioning.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 02 - 03 yrs of experience in a similar role (Storekeeper/ Store Executive).
• Any Bachelor degree completed candidates from a recognized university .
• Strong understanding of store operations, inventory control, material requirement planning, and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency in using computer software applications such as ERP systems or Excel spreadsheets.
