We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager who can lead our retail team, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional standards of customer service and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, motivate, and supervise Fashion Consultants and store support staff.
• Set individual sales targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular team reviews.
• Train and mentor employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and client engagement.
• Maintain team discipline, professionalism, and accountability.

2. Sales & Customer Experience

• Drive daily and monthly sales performance to achieve store revenue targets.
• Deliver personalised service, particularly to high-value and repeat clients.
• Handle customer concerns, escalations, and after-sales requirements professionally.
• Encourage client retention, relationship building, and repeat purchases.
• Oversee client follow-ups, maintain relationships with repeat customers, and ensure effective use of customer databases.
• Supervise customer orders, alterations, delivery commitments, and coordination with relevant teams to ensure timely fulfilment.

3. Store Operations & Inventory

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage staff rosters, attendance, leave coordination, and daily reporting.
• Ensure accurate stock management, replenishment, transfers, and periodic audits.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and hygiene.
• Coordinate with the merchandising and management teams to ensure smooth operations.

4. Reporting & Accountability

• Monitor individual and overall store sales, conversion rates, and average bill values.
• Identify areas for improvement and discuss with management to implement practical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury, premium, or designer fashion retail, preferably Indian ethnic or contemporary designer wear.
• At least 2 years of experience managing or supervising a retail sales team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage store performance.
• Excellent customer service skills with experience handling discerning clientele.
• Good understanding of retail operations.
• Organised, dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of store performance.
