Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Gangavati. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The role involves driving sales performance, maintaining merchandise displays and inventory levels, and monitoring retail loss prevention measures. The Store Manager will handle customer escalations, ensure a high standard of customer service, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. The position also includes reporting store performance metrics, supporting training and development of store team members, and collaborating with regional management on initiatives and promotions.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle queries and escalations professionally.
• Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management, and to provide clear guidance on daily operations.
• Store Management experience in retail or a related environment, including team supervision, inventory handling, and sales floor coordination.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, with the ability to implement processes that minimize shrinkage and ensure compliance.
• Prior experience in kids and baby retail, e-commerce-linked retail, or fast-paced consumer businesses is beneficial.
• Proven leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and comfort with basic retail systems and POS software.
• Educational background in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
