Role Description The Store Manager at The Trost will oversee daily retail operations, including opening and closing the store, managing staff schedules, and maintaining a clean, well-organized environment. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India involves monitoring inventory, coordinating stock replenishment, and ensuring accurate cash handling and reporting. The Store Manager will lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service, educating customers about hemp-based wellness products, and resolving issues promptly. The role also includes implementing visual merchandising standards, driving sales performance, and applying retail loss prevention practices to safeguard store assets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to create a welcoming and informative store experience.
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.
• Proven Store Management experience, including overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, and sales performance.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to manage shrinkage, cash handling, and store security.
• Prior experience in retail, wellness, or FMCG environments is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Delhi, India, with flexibility for weekends and peak business hours.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in inventory and reporting.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and retail management software; familiarity with hemp or wellness products is an advantage.
