Store Manager

Role Description The Store Manager at Adi's Pizza will oversee day-to-day operations of the on-site store in Mumbai in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising team performance, and ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and managing cash handling and basic reporting. The Store Manager will address guest concerns, maintain excellent customer service, and implement initiatives that drive sales and repeat business. This role also requires training team members, enforcing store policies, and supporting promotional activities to strengthen the brand locally.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
• Excellent Communication skills to lead teams and interact effectively with guests.
• Proficiency in Store Management, including staff supervision and daily operations.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to reduce shrinkage and protect assets.
• Previous experience in food service or retail management is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard office tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or business training is an advantage.
