Store Manager

Role Description: Key Responsibilities

* Inventory Control: Manage the inward and outward movement of raw materials (RM), packing materials (PM), or finished pharmaceutical stock.

* Regulatory Compliance: Maintain operations according to GMP, GDP, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring proper drug storage conditions (temperature and humidity).

* Stock Audits: Conduct regular cycle counts, physical verifications, and stock reconciliations to prevent discrepancies or shortages.

* FIFO/FEFO Management: Implement First-In, First-Out (FIFO) and First-Expiry, First-Out (FEFO) methods to minimize expired stock.

* Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) for sampling, Production for material issuance, and Procurement for replenishment.

• * Documentation & ERP: Maintain accurate logs using enterprise systems like SAP, Tally, or ERP software for Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and issue slips to reduce shrinkage, ensure compliance with procedures, and maintain secure store practices.
• Prior experience in retail or store supervision, with the ability to lead a small team and make operational decisions.
• Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and standard office applications for reporting and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, including weekends or extended hours as required by store operations.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
