Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a retail store. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven ability to drive sales while ensuring efficient store operations. The candidate will also be responsible for training, motivating, and mentoring the store team to achieve business and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall day-to-day store operations and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Lead and supervise the store team across customer service, inventory management, cash handling, and in-store promotional activities.
• Allocate responsibilities and monitor employee performance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and effectively resolve customer queries and complaints.
• Train, motivate, and mentor team members to improve productivity and performance.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve store revenue and customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare regular performance reports for management.
• Coordinate with management on store performance, staffing requirements, inventory, and business improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Retail Operations or Retail Management.
• Experience in Apparel/Fashion Retail will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, and achieving business targets.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to effectively train, motivate, and mentor store employees.
• Good understanding of inventory management, cash handling, and retail store operations.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience managing apparel, fashion, lifestyle, textile, or other high-volume retail stores will be preferred.
