Store Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Should be able to Maintain records of the material received and dispatched

•Responsible for inventory managements at factory between departments

•He will be responsible for Daily Issue of materials, handling Purchase Orders, Invoices & other documentations related to Inventory

•Should have Knowledge and will be responsible for maintaining the records of indents, physical materials (physical stock verification and also records in Tally / SAP)

•Based on the requirement received from departments/manager should be able procure required material and process the loading and unloading of the materials

•Should be able to take care of Logistics for dispatching materials internally and external and keeping track of the same

•Should maintain MIS records and submit reports to management

•Follow FIFO/LIFO method of maintaining inventory

•Should be able to work under pressure & flexible timings

•Willing to work in shifts (Only Day Shifts)

Eligibility & Qualifications:

Graduate in any field

3-4 years of experience in desired filed/Building material industry

Should have hands-on experience in store management and accounting

Experience in logistics with dealers and distributors are preferable

Knowledge of MS Office & accounting software's
