Role Description The Store Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at the Elgin Cafe ldh location in South City. This role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, managing inventory. Day-to-day tasks include supervising sales transactions, handling customer queries and concerns, monitoring stock levels, and assisting with merchandising and product displays.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and create a positive guest experience.
• Experience in retail or café operations, including managing daily store activities, inventory, and point-of-sale processes.
• Sales and commerce skills, with an understanding of basic sales techniques, cash handling
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to cleanliness, product presentation, and store standards.
• Basic computer literacy ; prior experience in the food and beverage sector is an advantage.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality, retail management, or commerce is beneficial.
