Role Description The Store Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for managing daily store operations, including inventory control, stock receiving and dispatch, and ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping. The Store Executive coordinates with kitchen, catering, and service teams to ensure timely availability of supplies and adherence to internal processes and quality standards. The role involves monitoring stock levels, placing requisitions, maintaining cleanliness and safety in storage areas, and supporting audits and compliance requirements. The Store Executive also interacts with vendors and internal stakeholders, helps optimize costs without compromising quality, and contributes to smooth event and restaurant operations.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Retail and sales-related skills to manage stock movement, support order fulfillment, and understand product mix and demand.
• Commerce-related knowledge, including basic inventory management, billing, and understanding of cost control and margins.
• Experience in store operations, warehousing, or F&B inventory management is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, including flexible hours aligned with hospitality and event schedules.
• Attention to detail, proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory software, and strong organizational skills.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in commerce, business, hospitality management, or a related field is an advantage.
