Store Assistant

Company Description Krishlock Solutions Pvt Ltd is an RDSO-approved company providing specialized fastening solutions, including anchor bolts, foundation bolts, fasteners, and clamping solutions, to customers in automotive, EPC, railways, renewables, and defense sectors.

Role Description The Store Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Store Assistant will manage daily store operations, including receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory, and ensuring accurate documentation of materials and products. Responsibilities include assisting internal teams and customers with product information, supporting order preparation and dispatch, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the store area. The role also involves coordinating with the procurement and logistics teams, monitoring stock levels, and helping with basic reporting on inventory movements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Retail Sales and basic product knowledge skills to assist with inquiries and support order processing.
• Candidates should possess Organization Skills and attention to detail to manage inventory, documentation, and store layout efficiently.
• Candidates should possess Training and teamwork skills to learn procedures quickly and support knowledge sharing within the store team.
• Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Excel, inventory or ERP systems) is beneficial.
• Prior experience in store operations, warehousing, or logistics, especially in industrial or manufacturing settings, is an advantage.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely and follow workplace safety guidelines.
• Minimum diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical qualifications in storekeeping or logistics are a plus.
