- Lead the state business operations for the SME - UBL vertical and drive sales performance.

- Manage and expand relationships with DSAs, Channel Partners, and Connectors to achieve monthly disbursement targets.

- Drive sourcing of unsecured business loans while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance.

- Implement sales strategies to enhance branch profitability and achieve business growth objectives.

- Conduct regular reviews of team and partner performance to ensure adherence to process and productivity goals.

- Build brand visibility and strengthen market presence through local business development initiatives.
