Staffing Associate

ABD Talent | India – Remote

Work Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

US shift; timings may vary based on business requirements.

Salary: 30,000 – 45,000/month + incentives, based on skills and experience

ABD Talent is looking for a Staffing Associate to support our team with day-to-day coordination, communication, and hiring-related activities.

Important Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot is a must
• Strong English communication skills – verbal and written
• Comfortable communicating with US-based clients, candidates, and teams
• Strong people skills and ability to build good working relationships
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
• Strong follow-up and closure skills
• Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to drive tasks to completion
• Comfortable providing regular updates on assigned tasks and targets
• Own laptop and stable Wi-Fi/internet connection required

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients, candidates, and internal teams
• Coordinate hiring-related activities and follow-ups
• Handle communication and follow-ups through HubSpot
• Assist with scheduling calls and interviews
• Negotiate and coordinate with candidates and clients when required
• Track updates, pending tasks, and targets
• Maintain basic records and updates in internal systems
• Support the team with day-to-day requirements
