| Area | Responsibilities |
|---|---|
| Electrical Maintenance | Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment. |
| HT/LT Systems | Operate and maintain transformers, switchgear, MCCs, PCCs, and power distribution systems. |
| Motors & Drives | Maintain and troubleshoot motors, VFDs, soft starters, and associated control systems. |
| Control Circuits | Read, trace, and troubleshoot electrical control circuits and wiring diagrams. |
| Fault Diagnosis | Identify and rectify electrical faults to minimize equipment downtime. |
| Safety Compliance | Follow electrical safety procedures, LOTO, PTW, and statutory requirements. |
| Shutdown Activities | Execute maintenance activities during plant shutdowns and commissioning jobs. |
| Documentation | Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and equipment history. |
| Coordination | Coordinate with production, instrumentation, and maintenance teams for smooth plant operation. |
Diploma in Electrical Engineering with hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance. Possesses strong troubleshooting skills, sound knowledge of electrical control circuits, motors, drives, switchgear, transformers, and HT/LT distribution systems. Capable of diagnosing faults quickly and ensuring reliable operation of plant electrical equipment while maintaining high safety standards.
