Staff Delivery Manager

Entity: Technology Job Family Group: IT&S Group Job Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Delivery Manager to lead and optimize the delivery of sophisticated digital solutions for BP International Limited. This role focuses on driving agile practices, encouraging teamwork, and ensuring customer-centric outcomes across our digital ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and handle the end-to-end delivery of digital products and services, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer needs.
• Implement and nurture Agility core practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies, to optimize team performance and delivery efficiency.
• Facilitate effective Communication and Collaboration across cross-functional teams, customers, and external partners.
• Drive Crafting and measuring impact by defining clear metrics, tracking progress, and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Develop a culture of Creativity and Innovation, encouraging new insights and approaches to problem-solving and product development.
• Champion Customer centric thinking throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet and exceed user expectations.
• Navigate and demonstrate the complexities of Digital Ecosystems, finding opportunities for integration and optimization.
• Apply Facilitation skills to lead workshops, retrospectives, and planning sessions effectively.
• Employ Influencing techniques to gain agreement from customers, lead expectations, and resolve conflicts.
• Promote Knowledge Sharing within and across teams, encouraging a learning environment anguidelinece adoption.
• Demonstrate strong leadership by Leading through ambiguity, providing clear direction, and empowering teams to adapt to change.
• Oversee Managing and optimizing design processes to ensure user-friendly, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
• Focus on Managing Performance of delivery teams, providing coaching, feedback, and support for professional growth.
• Develop and maintain strong Partner relationship management, ensuring effective collaboration with external vendors and strategic partners.
• Guide and support teams in Prototyping and testing new features and functionalities, iterating based on feedback and insights.

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior delivery management role, ideally within a large, complex organization.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with Agility core practices.
• Exceptional Communication, Collaboration, and Facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability in Creating and measuring impact of digital initiatives.
• Strong background in fostering Creativity and Innovation.
• A customer-centric attitude with a track record of delivering successful user-focused solutions.
• Familiarity with Digital Ecosystems and their effective management.
• Expertise in Influencing and collaborator management.
• A dedication to Knowledge Sharing and continuous improvement.
• Proven track record to Lead through ambiguity and get results in dynamic environments.
• Experience in Managing and optimizing design processes.
• Strong capabilities in Managing Performance of individuals and teams.
• Excellent Partner relationship management skills.
• Practical experience with Prototyping methodologies.
