About the Role
Brillfy Technology Inc. is looking for an experienced Sr. US IT Recruiter / Lead Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Noida.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in US IT Staffing, candidate sourcing, technical recruitment, LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS, Dice, Boolean Search, candidate engagement, and end-to-end recruitment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who can independently manage multiple US IT requirements and consistently build strong candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment from sourcing through offer closure.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS, Dice, job boards, referrals, Boolean searches, and other sourcing channels.
- Work on technical positions across Java, .NET, Python, Data, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Full Stack, QA, Business Analysis, Project Management, and other IT technologies.
- Conduct detailed candidate screening and evaluate technical skills, experience, location, availability, and work authorization.
- Work with W2, C2C, and Full-Time hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, manage follow-ups, and drive candidates through the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation/rates and assist with offer closure.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Collaborate with account managers, recruiting leads, clients, and implementation partners.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sourcing and submission targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of US IT Recruitment / US IT Staffing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS.
- Strong experience with Dice and other US IT job portals.
- Excellent Boolean Search and candidate sourcing skills.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and Full-Time hiring.
- Experience with ATS such as CEIPAL, Bullhorn, JobDiva, Zoho Recruit, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing/recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent candidate communication, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred / Plus
- Experience working with Direct Clients.
- Experience working with Implementation Partners / Prime Vendors.
- Experience handling MSP/VMS requirements.
- Experience recruiting for both contract and permanent positions.
- Strong understanding of US work authorization such as US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, H4 EAD, EAD, OPT/CPT, etc.
