About this role
Must Have – Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field with 4+ years of engineering experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in embedded and software system testing.
Solid understanding of embedded systems hardware and software architectures..
Familiarity with programming languages C, C++
- Experience with scripting languages for test automation (e.g., Python)
Nice to Have
Experience in the medical device industry or other regulated industries
Experience with test case management software tools
Experience with developing and maintaining automated testing systems
Experience with testing software-controlled hardware devices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Experience with Security and Risk analysis
Roles and Responsibilities
Under general supervision, works with other engineering functions from design through production to implement procedures for testing. Selects testing specifications for ensures testing procedures are in compliance with industry specific standards. Documents procedures and recommendations for all phases of testing. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and one to four years of experience.
