Responsibilities
- Works under the supervision of finance controller
- Daily operation of accounting & reporting, including
- GL, JE and month-end closing (GL posting, recurring entry)
- Fixed assets and capex accounting
- Inventory & costing accounting
- Tax accounting and reconciliation
- Monthly reporting as required (BS, PL, expense)
- Tax & legal statutory, including
- Support VAT filling
- CIT calculation, support CIT filling
- Support statutory audit
- Support local tax documentation requirement
- Support on other local statutory & compliance requirement
- Execution on Sox & Internal control, including
- Prepare SOX documentation and upload audit-tool
- Monthly reconciliation & prepare RCM
- SAP & System support, including
- Support on daily operation regarding system workflow
- Other local finance related matter
- Support on local bank work
- BA in accounting
- 3-5+ years exp in G/L, taxing etc. SAP exp preferred
- Good personality. Stable. Good analytical skills. Team-working
- Good English, especially in written.
- Exp in multinational companies preferred.
