Sr. Solution Consultant

The ideal candidate having extensive solutioning experience on Kinaxis Rapid Response application in Supply planning and/or demand planning domain. Have experience on multiple algorithms from rapid response. Must have experience on configuration and hands on experience on development of various resources of Kinaxis Rapid response. Understanding of data model and integration layer of Kinaxis

Responsibilities

• Support Rapid response Solution Architect in providing solutions to the complex business problems
• Conduct meetings with customer to collect user stories/requirements of business problem in supply demand planning domain
• Perform requirements analysis, discovery, and gap analysis for the various business requirements with Kinaxis Rapid Response functionalities and be able to translate the business requirements to the IT team correctly
• Articulate and present proposed solution for the business problems in Kinaxis Rapid response
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for business users
• Produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions
• Guide and Mentor Junior consultants on the project
• Ensure that the configuration of analytics in Kinaxis Rapid Response and customization / extensions, if any, supports the to-be processes of the client

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Kinaxis Rapid response (Configuration + Development)
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Prior experience of Kinaxis implementation project will be an added advantage.
