Sr. SAP CPI Consultant

DEZERT is looking for a Senior SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite Consultant with strong hands-on experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems.

The ideal candidate will play a key technical role in integrating SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Mobile Applications, using a mix of standard SAP APIs and custom-built integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support end-to-end integrations using SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite
• Integrate SAP S/4HANA with:
• SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Mobile Applications (SAP & non-SAP), Third-party / Cloud systems
• Develop integrations using:
• Standard SAP APIs (OData, SOAP, IDoc, RFC, CDS-based APIs), Custom APIs (REST, JSON, XML)
• Build and manage iFlows, including: Message mappings, Groovy scripts, Value mappings, Exception handling & retries
• Handle bi-directional data flows (inbound & outbound)
• Work on security & authentication:
• OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, Certificates
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations
• Collaborate with:
• SAP Functional teams, Mobile app teams, Client IT & business stakeholders
• Support cutover, go-live, and post-production issues, prepare technical documentation and integration designs

Required Skills & Expertise

Must Have

• 5–10 years of experience in SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• REST & SOAP APIs, JSON / XML / XSD, OData services
• Experience integrating:
• SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Mobile applications
• Strong debugging and monitoring skills in CPI
• Experience with custom API integrations

Good to Have

• Experience with SAP BTP, Integration with SAP SAC, Exposure to event-based or real-time integrations, Knowledge of cloud-to-cloud integrations, Understanding of performance and security best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
• SAP CPI / Integration Suite certification – preferred
