Job Purpose: Senior Professional Services Consultant responsible for implementing and configuring Tungsten e-Invoicing solutions and integrating them with customers AP/AR systems as a subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities

The Sr. Professional Services Consultant must be able to:

• Deliver Tungsten Automation Corporation solutions to customer based on requirements document
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of all e-Invoicing Products and Services, and the practical aspects of their implementation with customers
• Configure buyer accounts, user profiles, and portal settings, including the supplier invitation and onboarding process.
• Set up invoice submission channels for suppliers, such as portal submission, managed file transfer (SFTP, FTPS, AS2), and API integration.
• Design and deliver outbound invoice delivery into the buyer's ERP (on-premise or cloud) and downstream Tungsten products like AP Essentials and Process Director.
• Configure validation rules and exception handling so invoices arrive clean and compliant with country-specific e-invoicing mandates.
• Advise customers on data residency across the EU and US regions and on compliant archiving requirements.
• Guide buyer teams on supplier onboarding campaigns, invoice status reporting, and spend visibility.
• Ensure best practices and consistent delivery approaches are utilized on assigned projects
• Provide technical leadership to customer on the Tungsten Automation Corporation solution as configured to the customer's requirements
• Work closely with project manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or related specialization.
• 6+ years of experience in professional services, solution consulting, or a related area.
• Functional and technical experience with Tungsten Automation products or equivalent AP automation and e-invoicing products.
• Hands-on experience with e-invoice formats and exchange methods, such as UBL, PEPPOL, EDI, SFTP, AS2, and REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of procure-to-pay processes and the AP functions of at least one major ERP, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience running customer workshops and presenting to finance and IT stakeholders.
• Familiarity with e-invoicing and tax compliance mandates in Europe, the US, or other regulated markets is a plus.

• Familiarity with Enterprise Application Services. Familiarity with AP functions of popular ERPs such as SAP and Oracle
• Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay/Accounts Payable environments
• SQL Server based skills; in areas such as MS SQL Server architecture, design, and tuning
• Experience writing scripts using SQL, PL/SQL, and ASP.NET programming languages
• Ability to understand the functional design and technical project requirements
• Ability to travel to customer project locations as needed
