Purpose of the Role
Responsible for Process Equipment & offline equipment Maintenance

Technical /Functional
Mandatory Desired: Diploma in (Electrical /Electronics / Instrumentation/Mechatronics)
Mandatory Desired: 2 years to 3 years in Lithium-ion cell manufacturing industry, Bottling plants, warehouse automations .
Suitable / Optional: similar industry Automation process) handled with 2-3 years of experience in Conveyors, Stacker cranes ,AGV,Vision system, precision Dozing, Robotics (Articulated), Fluid Pumping, injectors.

Technical /Functional
- Electrical & Mechanical Problem-solving during breakdowns.
- Hands on experience with PLC (OMRON, Siemens, Rockwell) programming and associated hardware, connected equipment and other control systems.
- Hands on experience in Vision Systems & Image processing.
- Experience in in Conveyors, Stacker cranes ,AGV,Vision system, precision Dozing, Robotics (Articulated), Fluid Pumping, injectors. .
- Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PDM), analysis and Corrective actions.
- Fixing Abnormalities by data driven approach.

- Spares Management: Critical Spare inventory verification, Quick retrieval of spares.
- Identification of Bottleneck or Constraint machines.
- Identify Backup, Bypass, Quick changeover (BBQ) opportunities.
- Preparation of programing devices with backups for quick Availability during breakdown.
- Achieving MTTR, MTBF, Availability Targets and Maintenance CPU.
- Suggest & Implement Continuous Improvement ideas.
- Assist for In-House Repair of Electrical and Mechanical spares.
